FOR SMALL CONSTRUCTION TEAMS

Construction project updates.
One shared place.

Keep site updates, responsibilities and project records together. WorkLilt builds a focused workspace around how your office, project managers and site team work.

FROM SITE TO OFFICE

An update.
A clear next action.

When progress photos sit in one message thread and decisions in another, the team has to piece together what happens next. Give an update a project, an owner and a status so the right person can follow it through.

Illustrative workflow with fictional data. Features and access are agreed for each build.

A PRACTICAL FIRST SCOPE

Start where information
gets lost.

Choose the recurring handover that causes the most chasing. We agree the records, users and acceptance checks before building, then test it with the people who will use it.

Site updates and supporting photos

Keep a dated update against its project, with an optional photo or attachment where included in the scope. Agree who posts it, who reviews it and which updates need a follow-up task.

Tasks, owners and progress

Give each task an owner, status and next action. Decide which project information the wider team can see and which records are restricted to the appropriate roles.

Documents and decisions

Define where current documents are held, how revisions are identified and who is responsible for updating them. Link an outstanding decision to the person who needs to act.

Existing tools and integrations

Identify what remains in your accounting system, email or file storage. Connections to tools such as Xero or Dropbox require a separate feasibility assessment and quote; automatic syncing is not included by default.

SCOPE AND COST

A focused build.
A price you can review.

The starter setup is £1,500 for a defined scope using existing features. Hosting, maintenance and support start at £149 a month; the £299 package includes a larger assistance and personalisation allowance. Prices are before applicable VAT. New modules, complex setup and integrations are quoted separately.

After your enquiry, Michael discusses the workflow, assesses fit and provides a written scope and price. Agree the included features, data arrangements and handover before work begins.

WHO IT SUITS

A small team.
A specific problem to solve.

This is a starting point for construction businesses that need a clearer handover between site and office. Bring one example: a daily report, a delivery follow-up or a project decision that currently takes too much chasing.

WorkLilt’s early development includes construction coordination workflows. Published customer results are not yet available. You can explore fictional examples now and agree a trial workflow for your own team.
