A useful starting fit
- A defined workflow with a clear owner
- A team ready to review and try the workspace
- A manageable first set of information
OUR SOFTWARE
Start with the part of your business that needs more clarity. We shape a focused workspace around that work, then agree where it should go next.
TRY A SAMPLE WORKSPACE
Choose an example, then open an item to view or change its owner and status.
A quick view of the work, the owner and the next step.
01 / JOBS
When jobs are spread across messages and spreadsheets, it is easy to lose track of who is handling the next step. A shared job list brings the owner, status and next action together, so a delivery, team task or customer handover has a clear place to be followed up.
Choose one recurring workflow: deliveries, team jobs or customer handovers.
02 / PROJECTS
Keep progress, current documents and decisions together. Give each person a useful view of the projects they’re responsible for.
Choose one project and agree which information belongs in the shared view.
03 / OPERATIONS
For a yard, workshop or storage area, a list alone may not explain where the work happens. A visual operations workspace connects areas and locations with items, jobs and updates. Agree the map, boundaries and information your team needs before introducing it into daily use.
Start with a defined operational area and the items or activity you need to see.
BUILD THE RIGHT THING FIRST
We’ll be direct about what fits the existing features and what needs more investigation.
CHOOSING YOUR FIRST WORKSPACE
Yes. A defined first workflow helps keep the software focused. Choose the task, who uses it and what information must be shared. See our software setup process.
The first scope should identify which records belong in the workspace and which tools remain the source of truth. Integrations and complex data migrations are assessed separately; automatic connections are not assumed.
The defined starter setup is £1,500 using existing features. Monthly support is separate: £149 or £299 depending on the assistance allowance. New modules and integrations are quoted separately. Read the setup scope and monthly support pricing.
Bring an example of the current workflow, the people involved, the information they need and the point where work gets delayed. Our guide to choosing business software explains how to turn that into a manageable first scope.
