PRIVACY & ENQUIRIES

Your information.
A clear explanation.

This page explains how Michael Wilson trading as WorkLilt handles website enquiries. Client workspace data processing is agreed separately.

Who handles your information

Michael Wilson trading as WorkLilt, based in Scotland, handles business enquiries sent to michael@worklilt.co.uk. Use that address for privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address, the message and any name, business details or attachments you choose to include. Please send only what is useful for the conversation.

The optional enquiry builder runs in your browser. WorkLilt does not receive its fields until you choose to send the resulting email. The builder does not save its fields to a WorkLilt server or browser storage.

Hosting services may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a possible service and keep relevant business correspondence. Where you request a service, this can be necessary to take steps before entering a contract. Other business correspondence may be handled on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing business relationships.

We do not use the enquiry builder to subscribe you to marketing. You can contact us without using it.

Providers & sharing

Enquiry emails are handled through Zoho Mail. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Those providers process information needed to supply their services.

Provider processing can involve countries outside the UK. The location and applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service configuration. You can ask Michael for details relevant to your enquiry. We confirm client-specific providers and processing arrangements separately before handling client workspace data.

We may also share information where necessary to meet legal obligations or obtain professional advice.

How long we keep it

We retain correspondence while it is relevant to your enquiry or the business relationship, and longer where legal or accounting obligations require it. We review whether information is still needed rather than keeping it indefinitely.

Contact Michael if you would like information about the retention of a particular message or request deletion.
