OUR SOFTWARE

Job, project and
operations software.

Start with the part of your business that needs more clarity. We shape a focused workspace around that work, then agree where it should go next.

01 / JOBS

Job management software.
A clear next step.

When jobs are spread across messages and spreadsheets, it is easy to lose track of who is handling the next step. A shared job list brings the owner, status and next action together, so a delivery, team task or customer handover has a clear place to be followed up.

  • Who owns each task
  • The current status and useful detail
  • The next action or decision needed
Example first scope

Choose one recurring workflow: deliveries, team jobs or customer handovers.

02 / PROJECTS

Project management software.
The useful detail, together.

Keep progress, current documents and decisions together. Give each person a useful view of the projects they’re responsible for.

  • Project progress and decisions
  • Useful documents and team updates
  • An overview shaped around your responsibilities
Example first scope

Choose one project and agree which information belongs in the shared view.

03 / OPERATIONS

Visual operations software.
Know what’s where.

For a yard, workshop or storage area, a list alone may not explain where the work happens. A visual operations workspace connects areas and locations with items, jobs and updates. Agree the map, boundaries and information your team needs before introducing it into daily use.

  • Areas and locations
  • Items associated with a place
  • Jobs and updates with location context
Example first scope

Start with a defined operational area and the items or activity you need to see.

BUILD THE RIGHT THING FIRST

A focused start.
Room to grow.

We’ll be direct about what fits the existing features and what needs more investigation.

A useful starting fit

  • A defined workflow with a clear owner
  • A team ready to review and try the workspace
  • A manageable first set of information

Needs a separate conversation

  • New modules or complex custom functionality
  • Large or difficult data migrations
  • Integrations, offline operation or specific compliance requirements

CHOOSING YOUR FIRST WORKSPACE

Practical questions.
Clear starting points.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. A defined first workflow helps keep the software focused. Choose the task, who uses it and what information must be shared. See our software setup process.

Does WorkLilt replace all our existing tools?

The first scope should identify which records belong in the workspace and which tools remain the source of truth. Integrations and complex data migrations are assessed separately; automatic connections are not assumed.

How much does tailored software cost?

The defined starter setup is £1,500 using existing features. Monthly support is separate: £149 or £299 depending on the assistance allowance. New modules and integrations are quoted separately. Read the setup scope and monthly support pricing.

What should we prepare before getting started?

Bring an example of the current workflow, the people involved, the information they need and the point where work gets delayed. Our guide to choosing business software explains how to turn that into a manageable first scope.
